Application and Enrollment Process

The admissions process requires completing the application form, which may be downloaded here. After the application has been received and processed, you will be contacted to make an appointment for an observation day for both you and your child.

Once the observation and interview process have been completed, and both Parent and NSMS agree to all terms and conditions, are comfortable and acquainted with the school and staff, and have addressed any and all special needs or requests pertaining to the child, North Shore Montessori School is pleased to offer your child a place in our school.

To ensure that your child is guaranteed a space for the September 2012-2013, please complete this application. You must also complete the observation and interview process. Space is limited. Waiting list for reserved spaces the following school year.
